You all already know how much I am looking ahead and while that it true with my blog I am doing that with my life as well. That is why I took the time to write down that I will walk more. In fact I took the time to write a whole letter to my future self. I am going to take that letter and lock it up until the end of next year and see if I accomplish anything on there. It is one of those things that I honestly didn’t think about but trust me if I could give my younger self advice there would be a whole ton of it. Nature’s Bounty is helping as I journey towards a much healthier future.
One thing I know that I haven’t thought about is that if I take care of my mental, spiritual, emotional, social and physical health now that I will reap the benefits later. I just think about whatever is happening at the moment and that is something that I need to stop doing. Which is why I am thankful that Nature’s Bounty is encouraging people to think about our overall health and well-being. As well as to take realistic steps today towards achieving that healthy tomorrow. That image above is my letter that I wrote and I will certainly check in with you all at the end of next year to see how I did.
That is my commitment to myself and you can check out former professional gymnast and mother of four kids, Mary Lou Retton’s commitment at NaturesBounty.com/DearFutureMe. She has teamed up with them to encourage us to commit to our future self. In fact a couple of the things that she tries to do each day to feel good about her overall health is stay active, take vitamins, and know that it is not always about “winning” but about balance. I think that last one is the most important for me.
Nature’s Bounty has nearly 50 years of experience and they combine the latest breakthroughs in nutritional science with the finest ingredients, to provide supplements of unsurpassed quality and value. Sounds amazing right? I got a small sampling of products and it couldn’t have come a better time. My sister in-law told me to try melatonin since I was having trouble sleeping and the sleep aid leaves me groggy. It was on my shopping list for next week but the Nature’s Bounty® Melatonin came in yesterday and it worked like a charm. It promotes sleep and relaxation and honestly allowed my brain to shut off and sleep. I needed it too.
