Crisp Buttery Chicken

A easy to make buttery and crispy chicken that will melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 6 pounds chicken breast tenders
  • 3 packs buttery crackers
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 large eggs

Instructions

  • Rinse and dry chicken with paper towel. Salt and pepper if desired.
    Whisk eggs and milk together in large bowl. Crush crackers in a separate large bowl or shallow pan.
    Add chicken to liquid mix and push down to soak the chicken.
    Roll each tender in the crushed crackers until completely covered. 
    Place tenders on pan and bake in 350 degree oven until chicken is done.

Notes

You can use boneless chicken breast if you wish. I would suggest 1 breast per person and adjust recipe as needed.
