10 Minute Trainer Workout

10 Minute Trainer

As you all know I am trying to lose weight and have been doing alright but finding the time to exercise along with everything else that I do has been a challenge. I spread myself so thin as it is but I know that I really need to exercise. That is why I was thrilled when I received an email about the 10 Minute Trainer Workout. I just knew this would be something I could do rain or shine (can’t walk when it is raining or 100 degrees outside.)

This wonderful collection has helped me get my workouts in each day and have been kicking my butt let me tell you. I received the collection shown above and I really love the resistance band because it helps me work out my flabby arms. It helps with other areas as well but my arms really need some help. The DVDs included: Cardio, Total-Body, Lower-Body, Abs and Yoga Flex as well as 3 Rapid-Fire ones. I have been using the regulars DVDS and I really love that I can do the full 30 minutes or do three 10 minutes workouts through out my day.

On the days I am really busy I do the 10 minute ones as I can. Each day is a different set, for example, on day one I did Cardio,Lower Body, and Abs but on day 2 I did Total Body, Cardio, and Lower Body, while day 3 was just yoga. As you can see that by rotating and doing different things I can effectively work out my body. Doing all three workouts give you the best results and most days I do try to do all three but as a busy mom I just can’t so getting in 10 minutes at a time helps. Not to mention at first 10 minutes was all I could manage. I am WAY out of shape. This collection has become this mom’s new best friend!

    I’ve thought about doing the DVD-type of training programs available, but what I keep coming back to is that fact that I need to get out of the house more and prefer to do natural exercises through playing tennis, snowboarding, etc… The problem is that the weather doesn’t always accommodate these types of outdoor activities, so I’ve settled for a gym membership, in the meantime.

    I have seen the informercials about this but hadn’t known anyone who tried it. Thanks for the objective review. I am also trying to get in shape this year. I may consider this workout set.

    I am working on working out. 🙂 I have started walking my dog more and longer. I need to add something else. I have thought about adding a DVD program

    I’ve done the program, it’s much harder than people think lol. I did the accelerated routine

    I know what you mean about being a busy mom. After a full day of work, picking up the kids, making dinner, and preparing for the next day I just want to collapse. But I know working out will help add in some energy and 10 minutes doesn’t seem so bad. Thanks for sharing.

    Looks like a wonderful program. I haven’t been able to commit to a gym recently, so this will be a great starting point. until I find the right one for me. Thanks for the wonderful review.
