These are really good tips on what not to say to someone who is dieting. I think the one about you should not be eating that is one that people who are dieting do not want to hear. It is hard enough when you are dieting to be told what not to do. We need to encourage anyone who is trying to lose weight! It is so hard!

I can’t believe someone would say You are just going to gain it all back. Wow! Way to be encouraging! There has to be something wrong with them for them to say something like that.

Who says diets don’t work to someone who is on a diet. I personally like to say encouraging words it really only takes some common sense to know when something is good to say and not good to say.
