It is so hard to believe that it has been two months already on the Shaklee 180 program. The funny thing is I have dieted a million times before but somehow knowing that as a Shaklee180 blogger that I will be receiving my products each month for the six months I am on the program and the responsibility of writing posts and videos has actually helped me stick to it. With any other diet I would have quite by now. I know that sounds like I am lazy but it the truth, diets are hard and quitting them is very easy.
So how have things been going over the last two months? Actually pretty great! I am under 200 lbs (if you are following on Instagram you saw the pic) and I am moving more now than I ever did. I walk everyday as long as the weather permits and I do some videos most days as well. My walking I honestly use as more me time than exercise. I just go slow and walk a few miles . It gives me the chance to get away from the computer, get outside into the fresh air, and clear my head. The plan has been easy to follow although I do occasionally get salt cravings but I weird anyway.
I have finally figured out a smoothie or two that I can live with and really like, and the best way to take them with me on the go when I have places to be first thing in the morning. You will see it in my video tomorrow and it is something I am really enjoying. It took me a few weeks to get into them. Now that I am enjoying them I notice a difference in my snacking. I have the two snacks a day like the program suggests but sometimes it is only a bite or two because I am not really that hungry.
People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180 Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
I hope that following along with me has helped inspire some of you. Weight loss is such a struggle and I am so happy to finally be on the right track. Shaklee 180 has given me the tools I needed to succeed and I am forever grateful to them for it. So this week I want everyone to get out there and walk a little. Take some time to not only exercise but begin to be the best you that you can be.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

It sounds like you are really hitting your groove. I love going for walks. It is the one thing I do that is just for me. No one is needing me to do something or asking me any questions. I just put on my ipod and go. Keep up the great work!!
