3 Body Parts That Show Signs Of Aging First

If most people had their way, they would want to retain their youth in every sense of the word. Unfortunately, nature has other plans in that regard. The aging process is inevitable and comes with body changes. Wrinkles, age spots, and sagging skin are the classic signs of aging. These are skin-related signs caused by decreased collagen production. According to statistics, people aged 40 to 55 seek skin treatments upon the first signs of visible wrinkling. Below are other body parts that show the signs of aging.

Before you get into the signs of aging, you can always look into a treatment of whole body cryotherapy in Dubai as it can help you with some of the signs.

  1. Loose skin on the neck

Loose neck skin happens due to this area’s rapid loss of collagen. Collagen loss impacts elasticity and explains why one of the first aging signs is loose neck skin. Sometimes, it happens earlier than expected, and according to science, genetics may be at play. If your biological parents or older siblings experienced loose neck skin early, your chances of experiencing the same might be higher. In other instances, it may also be due to a lack of proper neck care during your younger years.

The neck skin is thin and has a high risk of losing elasticity prematurely when you fail to apply tightening creams. A loose neck area is expected in aging, but you can slow down the process. Thankfully, technology has made it possible for non-invasive procedures to help reduce the appearance of aging necks. This can be achieved through PDO lifts. Check out thread lift before & after images to confirm its positive outcomes.

  1. The corners of the eyes

The term ‘crow’s feet’ describes the distinctive lines in the outer corners of the eyes. When the early signs of aging set in, these lines become visible when the person smiles or laughs. However, as aging becomes more prominent, crow’s feet are visible even without any facial expressions. Years of laughing, smiling, squinting, and even frowning are believed to accelerate the rate at which a person develops those fine lines around the eyes.

However, science has proven that the skin around the eyes is naturally thinner than other parts. Therefore, as the aging process sets in, collagen depletion occurs faster around the eyes. In the medical world, crow’s feet lines are also described as the transformation of dynamic wrinkles to static ones. Because of the prominence of these facial wrinkles, they are unmistakable when they start to show on the face. They can be resolved with Botox injections to smoothen those fine lines around the eyes. Some collagen-infused eye creams are also effective at treating them.

  1. Behind the hands

The skin on the hands, especially behind the fingers and palms, is unusually thin. Although genetics may play a part in rapid thinning, it can also be due to some lifestyle factors. For example, nicotine exposure causes the rapid breakdown of collagen. When this happens, all body parts with thinner skin are the worst hit. Recent reports also indicate that the hands are the most washed part of the body, causing a quicker loss of natural skin oils. Indeed, many factors lead up to the appearance of aging behind the hands. While these cannot be entirely avoided, certain measures, like collagen-infused, can help reduce their appearance. The secret is to use these moisturizers as often as possible to increase hydration.

As an extra tip, according to General Dentistry Queen Creek, your teeth can also show aging. This can include discoloration, gum recession, and cracks and chips. Regular dental care and a healthy diet can help mitigate some of these aging effects.

It’s also worth mentioning that the appearance of your teeth can also contribute to your looks – whether you’ll look young or old. That’s why this dependable dentist in Greenville highly suggests taking care of them while you’re young.

I’ve reached that age where I’m starting to see it and it’s tough. I was never a vain person but the signs really are a wake-up call.

That is so true. I used to love to say that the lines around my eyes were from laughing. And the skin on the tops of your hands is so thin. I always freak out when they want to put an IV in there.
