Day 25 — Your day, in great detail. In great detail may actually be more than any one you really want to know so I will do a brief summary with as much information as I can provide. I get up every morning by 6am except for weekends. I try to sleep late on the weekends a little.
I am usually the first one up, cook breakfast, and then check emails, do a little bit of blog work, and put on a load of laundry. Around 7 am I wake up everyone else and get the day going. We have breakfast, get dressed for the day, and I spend a few minutes with God. At 8-10 is lessons on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 8-12 on Tuesdays and Thursdays After that back to emails and other blog work along with dealing with any Social Media Management I need to do.
Monday-Thursday from 3-4 we have a final lesson and then begin cooking dinner, east , showers, stories, bedtime, and for me more work. In between all of that I have to clean the house. On Fridays the kids go to activities and spend the day doing the major cleaning and work.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

Busy! I’m up at 5 am with Hubz…make his breakfast and lunch, then send him off to work by 6:30. For all of my adult life, I would then be at work between 7:30-8:30 depending on the school (teacher) but I am not working right now. After apartment hopping for a few years—that’s been fun in its way—we have just bought another home to settle in for a while. We’ve been here for about a week, and things are about to really get going–full kitchen and bathroom remodels starting next week and painting in most of the rest of the rooms. So right now, my microwave and slow cooker are set up in the living room. Our bedroom is set up nicely, but a lot of stuff is still in boxes. So right now, I am enjoying longer mornings and frequent breaks in the day to hang out on my favorite blogs, take more time to keep up and comment, and search for ideas on what’s hot for kitchen appliances and bathroom counters. 🙂
