30 Days of Me

Day 30 — A photo that makes you happy.

This was really a hard one for me because there are so many pictures that make me happy. So I searched and found one on Flickr of the one thing that really makes me smile when I see them. SUNFLOWERS!! I don’t want it is about these flowers, I once heard them described as God’s beautiful mistake. They are so big and can be overwhelming yet there is something about them that makes me smile.

  1. I like this picture. A picture that makes me happy is one I have hanging in my bedroom. My daughter made it when she was about 4years old.

  2. It’s silly, but photos of baby animals always make me happy. I saw one recently of a newborn panda bear and it seriously made my day.

  4. I like your picture of flowers! I like dog pictures! They make me smile when I look at dog’s in cute poses. I also like looking at the Sunset. I have some pictures of different photos of the sunset!

  5. Love the picture, my favorite are orchids I think they’re beautiful…..a photo that makes me smile is the pictures of my boys when they were first born i can relive the joy I had in that moment

  6. Pictures that make me happy are winter landscape photos. They just make me excited to go out and frolic in the snow with my wife and our little wolf dog!

  7. I could never pick just one picture! But one I do love that I was reminded of when discussing Valentines Day. When my husband and I were engaged, my three kids threw us a romantic Valentines dinner. They were about 13, 11, and 6 then. They decorated and made mac and cheese. Koolaid in wine glasses, and made a cake. My husband brought me home roses that night. The kids took a picture of me and my (now) husband and i just love it. It is by candlelight and you can see the rich reds of the flowers. It just reminds me of that night and how sweet my kids were and how in love I was and the excitement of starting a life with the man I loved (love!) so much!

  8. I like your picture a lot! If I had to pick one that makes me happy it would be one of myself and my 2 cousins who are only 1 month older than I am we all looked so silly.

Beautiful picture…. a photo that makes me happy is any picture that shows or looks natural or real. yes professional photos are nice too, but ones that show kids playing or being goofy, or the sun setting slowly between the mountains that kind of stuff. They show life at it’s finest… the reality of our world and the individuals who inhabit it 🙂

  11. A long time ago my family took a before and after picture of our Thanksgiving turkey. It was just so funny, a nice big turkey, then it was gone…we were a big family of big eaters! I always look at that photo lovingly because it shows how humorous and fabulous my family is. I am so blessed.

  12. Just about anything pretty makes me happy something like flowers, the ocean, any pretty picture of nature and things like that 🙂

  13. I’m a big fan of pictures that show the beach, or a beachy theme. I love it, and it soothes me.
