    i like that you put things in far reach. I need to get an excersice ball chair! I try to move a lot in the morning cleaning playing with the kids…while i make dinner i do some squats.

    Great tips. I like the tip to get up every hour and just walk outside or walk around the house. Plus try to do 10 squats before you sit back down. Thanks!
