Frown lines are those little vertical creases between your eyebrows that show up when you’re concentrating, squinting, or giving someone a serious look. - Chill out. Stress is a major culprit when it comes to frown lines. Tension shows up in your face, especially between your eyebrows. - Be mindful of your screen time. We are all guilty of it. Staring at screens, squinting at tiny texts, and holding a concentration face for hours takes a toll on your face. This kind of tension can train those frown lines to stick around. Adjust your screen brightness, wear blue light glasses if needed, and take regular breaks to relax your face. Your skin will thank you, and so will your eyes.
