I am so excited about ABC’s Once Upon a Time Season 2 beginning Sunday the 30th {check your local listings.} If you have not watched this show yet I highly recommend it. I actually got hooked when I walked in a found my mom watching an episode from a Season 1 marathon. I was confused and then searched Netflix for the complete season. A weekend later and I cannot wait to find out what happens next.
For those of you who haven’t seen the show I don’t want to spoil anything for you but to bring you to speed a bit…. the residents of Storybrooke are all fairy tale characters who have been sent into our world by the Evil Queen. They cannot leave and don’t remember that they are storybook characters. Emma, who is the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming (in the photo above) was sent through a magic wardrobe before they Evil Queen’s spell was cast. She was found by her son (who she gave u for adoption and the Evil Queen adopted) Henry and brought to Storybrooke where she learns that only she can save everyone.
All the characters are here! I’m talking Snow White, Prince Charming, Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel. There are even some Disney characters here that I don’t remember from books growing up (a certain mermaid) but that is okay it makes everything all the more fun. The Evil Queen is the character you love to hate (I wanted someone to slap her) and Snow White you simply are rooting for. In anticipation of the new season there will be a Twitter party and all of you are invited.

I’ve watched it from the very first episode! Love it & hard to pick 1 favorite part but I love the way they mix the ‘fairy tale” world with the “real” world. Such a unique show.

I love watching Once Upon a Time. I love the characters and storyline; how they’ve blended and retold the stories in a manner in which to draw in those of us who remember the fairytales from childhood. I look forward to watching it each week. They’ve done an excellent job going between fairytale world and Storybrook. I love to hate the villians and root for Henry and Emma, as well as, all the other good characters from the stories. I can’t wait to see what the new season has in store.

I absolutely love Once Upon a Time! I love the storyline between Mary Margaret(Snow) and David(Charming). I have always loved fairytales so this is right up my alley! Can’t wait to see what happens now that the magic has come to Storybrooke!
