I love scents! It’s true and even though I have allergies I work hard to find scents that won’t irritate mine and make me happy at the same time. I recently was given the chance to review ADORAtherapy Mood Boost Smart Spray and was intrigued.
I mean after all a spray that boosts my mood? If this worked I was planning on buying it by the gallon! The I received had lemon and grapefruit top notes, which suppose to make me feel more confident and more focused. I sprayed about four or five sprays because I didn’t want to over do it at first.
Right away I noticed the lemon smell and I did feel more awake more ready to face whatever came my way. This has become my new favorite “rough morning” spray. Anytime I have a rough time getting going in the morning I spray a couple of sprays and feel better.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I have to tell you when I first read the title, I thought if they had spray to make me more patient and another to make me sleepy and another to make me more awake and so on……well it’d be awesome, wouldn’t it?!
I like the way you did describe the scent. It sounds fresh instead of perfumed.

I am a believer in aromatherapy. I use an oil diffuser at work and it does improve my mood! I like pink grapefruit and anything with vanilla in it.

I would love it if there was a spray that made my pain go away. I would buy it by the truck load. I do believe that certain scents do help your mood. It’s just a matter of finding the right one.

I am a firm believer in aromatherapy so I can definitely see how this works. Though I can only imagine that the effects are very temporary, any help with my moods or energy would be welcome. Thanks for the information!
