Amazon Prime Day Brings All the Feels!

Amazon Prime Day is coming! In fact it is October 13-14 this year and I am so excited. I have a huge list of things that I need to buy. For those who don’t know Amazon Prime Day is the annual event just for Prime members that bring you so many deals and bargains. Think early holiday shopping.

Only I use Amazon Prime Day for things that I have been needing or wanting to buy but didn’t want to spend the retail price on. One of my favorite things to buy on Prime Day is office supplies. Yes, you read that correctly I buy office supplies because the deals are so fabulous. Office supplies can suck me dry if I let them so waiting to buy them and stocking up once a year makes things more manageable.

This year I will be using Slickdeals (who happens to be the #1 deal sharing site) to find the best Amazon Prime Day Deals that I can find. We need a few electronic items like laptops and I need to buy three of them this year. Not to mention new smoke detectors and well the list just goes on and on. We are still in the middle of a remodel and I have my eye on some dishes.

SPEAKING OF LAPTOP

I mentioned I was buying three laptops this month and it’s true. One thing I hate is having to search through an assortment. I know the basic features we need and want. After all they will be used for school. I love the way Slickdeals puts them together for me. You can see it in the screenshot I took above. I can scroll through those quickly and find just what I am looking for.

WHAT ABOUT GROCERY?

There are plenty of grocery items that are on sale during Prime Day as well. I bet most of you didn’t think about those items. In this particular moment in time many grocery items are much more expensive than in the past. I highly suggest that you take a look at all of the deals on grocery items during Prime Day. You may find some items that you not only enjoy but that you need too.

EARLY HOLIDAY SHOPPING

For those who are lucky enough to not have had to tighten the belt now would be a good time to get some of that holiday shopping done early. We have tightened the belt some but I also plan to scroll through all of the deals to see if video games, electronics, or other items that I know is on my gift giving list are on sale. If they are and they are within my budget I will go ahead and get them. It helps make the holidays a little less stressful for me.

Using Slickdeals to find the best Amazon Prime Day deals makes the most sense to me. Who knows I may even pick up an item or two that I will give away here on the blog. This is certainly the time of year that I do most of that sort of shopping.
