Having small children means leaning over the bathtub when it is time to bath them. The other option is giving them a bath in the sink but there just is not the space in my kitchen for all of that. The problem without tub is that there are shower doors on it with a track. I usually lay a towel over it so I can lean it without a problem. That was until I discovered Baby’s Journey who brought bathing time right to my height.
I received the Perfect Height Tub-Whale and Octopus to review and the first thing I really like about it the fact that I can adjust the height. Since I am short I can make as tall as I need to. I like the size as well. While it is large it is no way heavy or hard to store.
Once you get the height adjusted the way you want it, simply put it in the tub, and you are ready to go. As you can see I still have to place the towel over the track but I no longer have to lean as far into the tub as I once did.
In fact I can even use this particular tub in my shower which gives me more space to move around and deal with wet, soapy, kids. That is another plus for me!
For newborns or babies not yet ready to be down in the tub there is this Roller-Sling that holds them above the water easily and rolls right out of your way for toddlers or older babies. The tub is just deep enough but of course never leave baby unattended for even a second. I have seen a lot of tubs but have yet to find one that I really liked and worked well for someone as short as me. That is until now.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

Those shower door tracks are a killer aren’t they!?! I remember vividly the same thing when my son was young. Sadly, I was stuck with the towel trick, but I wish they had these then.

My back just aches remembering leaning over those tracts. I hated those so much. This would make a great baby shower gift. I would have loved it when my kids were small.
