Banglz

No they are not jewelry. I thought so too at first. They are an easy way to get add some exercise to your everyday routine.

Banglz are weights that you wear on your wrists. They are super stylish! As you walk and do everything day things you tone your arms. You can do specfic exercises as well. I put mine on first thing every morning and as I clean the house, teach the kids, etc I workout my arms. I do NOT wear them while I am on the computer and I wouldn’t recommend it.

My Banglz also came with a “10 Steps to a Firm Form” guide. I do these exercises once a day. I have noticed my arms are starting to be less flabby. Trust me there’s still tons of flab to tone.
Banglz also come as anklets. I didn’t receive any of those but will be purchasing some. I could put them on as I walk and double my exercise efforts.

Banglz are easy to use and let’s face it we all love anything that is easy. My arms were sore the first week but then again I was using muscles I don’t always use.
