Beanie Knit Hat from CacheAlaska

Mar 06, 2017 | Rita

Even though the winter temperatures haven’t been in full force here in the south there have been a few morning when a hat has been needed. I get cold pretty easily as well. On the mornings that I still need a hat I have turning to this great Beanie Knit Hat from CacheAlaska that I got the chance to review. This is a hat that I am sure is going to come in handy this year when we go skiing.

I never was a big hat wearer when I was younger but for some reason now as I get older I have discovered that I like them more and more. Maybe it’s like your taste buds, you know how they chance when you get older.  Anyway I like them now and that is all that matters. for all of those in the south going “what the heck is a beanie?” I’m feeling you!! My daddy was a Yankee and called them beanies as well. Beanie is what the brand calls it so I will try but you all know I’m just call it a hat. 😉

The Beanie Knit Hat from CacheAlaska is available in five color choices. I selected the white so that it would go with anything that I was wearing. Yes, sometimes I worry about that sort of thing! It is really snug on my head which is a little large but fits well. It doesn’t pinch or is too tight but it also don’t slip down into my eyes which I am grateful for. There is a loose fit, I got the One Size.

It is made of a 50/50 Wool/Acrylic knit which means it will stand up tot the cold weather well. After all it is designed to hold up to the Alaska cold and if you have never been to Alaska then you don’t know cold. The south doesn’t get that cold but like I said when we get on the mountain this will be the perfect hat.

We have so many hats and we just add to the collection when we find a new good one. This would be a great addition.
