How uncomfortable are your clothes in the summer? Well, mine getting pretty uncomfortable because it gets hot. We aren’t talking Texas hot but the Georgia heat can be just as brutal. I swear there are times when I am outside for five minutes and shirts is soaked through. That is one of the reasons I was thrilled about discovering Hybrid Gear.
Hybrid Gear has the best slogan! It is Adapt to Life and that is what their clothing does. They aim to provide clothing that is comfortable and stylish that will fit my changing daily life. I know that I can put on my shirt and go to the store but then go to the gym without having to change everything.
I received the Hybrid Gear Ladies’ Moisture Wicking Tri-Blend Scoop Neck Raglan T-Shirt in pink. This shirt comes in so many different sizes and colors. That is the first thing I noticed about Hybrid Gear. They got us bigger girls covered. Not many shirts carry items in anything larger than an extra large which means I can’t always wear it. I’m one of those weird sizes that is somewhere in between.
Did you catch where it said Moisture Wicking? You read that correctly, this shirt helps keep you dry. That is so important when it is a hundred degrees outside and I am sweating like I’ve been in the desert for a week. A few of the details about the shirt are:
- 4.4-ounce, 75/13/12 poly/cotton/rayon jersey
- 4.6-ounce, 75/13/12 poly/cotton/rayon jersey (Black)
- 4.7-ounce, 75/13/12 poly/cotton/rayon jersey (White)
- Contrast neck taping (except White, which is dyed-to-match)
- Raglan sleeves
This by far one of the softest shirts I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. It was a pleasure too. I washed it according to the instructions without any issues. I’ve worn it several times. In fact I paired it with my slacks and work it to a meeting. All I did was add a jacket and some nice jewelry. When the meeting was over, I took off the jacket and jewelry. Then was comfortable enough to make a trip to the grocery store.
Hybrid Gear offers Polos, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops, Leggings, and Head Gear. They have customizable products and who can search their shirt by interests. They call them collections and they have things like Jeep, Steampunk, Tattoos and more.
FINAL THOUGHTS
The shirt was simply awesome. That is the one word that describes it best. In fact I have had to hide from Ma now that she has had it on. she helped me get the pictures I needed for this post. I love that I can wear them anytime, anywhere. It works well with a pair of slacks but also with my jeans. With the weather getting hotter by the day I am sure this shirt will get so much use.

What is the one piece of clothing that you could wear all summer long? Let us know in the comments below.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I could probably wear a tank top all summer long. i am glad there is a company that caters to plus sizes that has moisture wicking fabric, i am definitely going to check them out.

I get so hot even in the winter so the summer is not my season. I have to wear shorts or a loose dress in the summer.

I really love the color of this shirt you got and the moisture wicking is a bonus! It is really humid where I live in the summer so I know I would love their clothing!

I am always hot! It is already in the 100’s here in SC. I must say it is usually not this hot here in May.
By the way I love your shirt color. Great for this time of year!
Nancy says
It is definitely that time of year. Anything to beat the heat & humidity.

I could definitely use this working on my farm this summer.
