I love beets! I do and I know that a lot of people don’t but for some reason I have always enjoyed them. From the moment my mother gave them to me as a child I just liked them. When I received the box of Beet Performance Shots, I was impressed with how well they packaged them. Each little bottle is protected and I can tell you there are not a lot of brands that do that. I didn’t have to worry about the bottles being slammed together in shipping and any of them breaking. There wasn’t any juice pouring out and no mess.

Inside the box are twelve bottles and when you take one out you have this really cute little bottle of juice. Each bottle is a single shot. Just what does beet juice do for you? The million dollar question is does it taste good? As someone who loves beets I will say yes. I enjoyed the taste and it went down smoothly. My mother who isn’t crazy about beets (she made them when I was growing up because my father loved them) tastes it and said it wasn’t bad to her.

However, if you are not sure about taking this straight up, no worries. Add it to your smoothie, in your dressing or dip. Slip it into your treats when you are making them. The ideas are limited only by your imagination.
