I love being able to take a picture of what I am eating, scanning the barcode, and getting my food added in. I love how I can change the amount on the little plate making it more or less. I do admit I don’t wear my bracelet at night because I am one of those weird people who just can’t stand to have something on my wrist at night. I have tried a few times though.
Jawbone UP has really helped more than I ever thought a little gadget would. I can now with one simple glance see everything I have eaten, everything I have done as far as exercising goes and how little sleep I actually get. I can even enter in my mood so I can look over the days that I over eat and the mood I am in at the moment. It really helps me get my emotionally eating under control. I am a huge emotionally eater and need all the help I can get in that area.

I wish I could afford this device because I think it could really help me. I like that it is not big and bulky and I can keep track of calories and how much I exercise. What an awesome device. I need to pinch pennies to get this.
What a handy little gadget! I have to lose atleast 65 lbs and have been getting so off-track lately. The Jawbone Up would help me in alot of areas of my weight loss journey.
I’ve seen these before and thought it would be really helpful to have the data on my fitness activity. I didn’t realize that you could record moods…what a great feature! I tend to overeat when in certain moods, and I think a device like this would help me be more mindful. Now if only it came in some cute colors!
This is really cool! I didn’t know that you could take pictures to help keep your food log. That would help a ton. I also love that it keeps track of your sleep for you. I would love to know how much I really sleep.
