Today is supposed to be a self portrait.That is not always easy especially when you can be as critical of yourself as I can be. So I thought I would do something a bit different.The image above is how everyone think I look. All put together and calm, the woman who can get a million things done in a day and still be smiling.
Well this is how I feel I look 99% of the time Ready to pull my hair out! It is the truth, I have so many different things to do and I really try to get it all done but most days I do good if I manage to get everyone out of the pajamas. It is sad but it is the truth. I read many other blogs and all I ever think is how do they do it all. They look so great and I look and feel like a hot mess.

I love how you decided to show the contrast between others’ perception and you’re own. This is an interesting idea. Thanks for sharing. I also think we’re always so much more self-critical of ourselves than others. It’s easy to compare yourself to other people and think “just how do they do it” but in reality those people you’re wondering that about probably feel not so different than you do most of the time in that second picture.
