Blue Apron Brings Food to Your Door

Mar 11, 2014 | Rita

Disclosure: I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a sample of the product for review purposes. The opinions are my own, based on my personal experience with the product.

Blue Apron has Meals Covered

You all know how much I love to eat and while I love cooking and food I am not crazy about shopping for all of that. Blue Apron can save me a lot of shopping and take me out of my comfort zone with foods. They deliver straight to my door! Blue Apron is a subscription service that provides you all the ingredients you need to cook a healthy meal.

Blue Apron

I receive a box (or I should say a cooler) of food and I was not only surprised I totally loved it! You can choose if you get meals for 2, 4, or 6 people and the day you get your delivery on. We received everything we would need to cook three meals and I could not believe that we even got the spices and the peanut butter for one of the dishes. Is that not awesome?

Spices

I must say that I really loved putting together the meals and the Salmon Caesar Salad was one of the best salads I have ever had and something I will be making again and again. I had never made my own croutons before. All of the ingredients were fresh and the instructions were easy to follow.

Cook with Blue Apron

You can join Blue Apron now and get started for only $9.99 per person per meal. Also be sure that you follow them on Facebook and Twitter!

This sounds really cool. I’m forever forgetting ingredients when I try to meal plan. This would be a nice way to try new recipes while ensuring that you have all the ingredients. A bit pricey to do too often, though.

They could bring food to my door. I dislike shopping and like cooking but I’m afraid that I can make meals for much less than that per person.

I love the idea of meals arriving at your door, like Christmas time..lol

Looks like a nice idea, it could make a nice gift, too.
