Bring in the Green with PermaLeaf.com

bring-in-the-outdoors

I don’t know about any of you but  I tend to kill plants that come into my home. I always have no mater what do nothing seems to help. So I discovered the joy of having artificial outdoor plants whenever I have felt the need for them. They last longer and if I keep them clean (which means dusting) they stay looking fresh and new. I recently got a new plant from PermaLeaf.com and I must tell you that I could not be happier with it.

I got a topiary because I needed to be all fancy and I love it. I was a little worried about the size when I first requested it but then once it got here I found it was perfect. You see I wanted it for this empty space that I have near by kitchen island. There is nothing there and the kids are forever going over there and spilling stuff. The problem is I don’t always get it cleaned up quickly enough because I don’t see it. So I found this little shelf to go there but it needed a little something extra.

All that I had to do when I received the plant was fluff it a little bit to make it fall out and look amazing. As you can see above the branches look just like a real tree. Unless you get right on top of them and touch them you don’t know that it’s not real which is something I love.

The planter is really nice but is made of plastic although it doesn’t feel plastic. It is very light and makes moving this topiary around easy. I could not be more pleased with this and as you can see it hasn’t died yet! 😉

I just rearranged my living room and am looking at an awkward corner–now I am thinking a super nice green plant would be perfect there. I should say–a super nice green plant *that I can’t kill* lol

I can’t keep plants alive either – it’s a black thumb as I call it. Thank goodness my Mom lives with us and she handles the plants.

I’ve always loved houseplants, but I’m a lot worse at keeping up with them as I used to be. It wouldn’t have occurred to me to get artificial plants, but yours certainly looks real. Very nice!

I love houseplants. I do have to be careful though because some are toxic to animals. I like the look of this topiary, it is pretty yet not over the top. I do have an aloe plant and a cactus but nothing larger. Oh and I have some odd plant I dont even know what it is.

I like real plants and have many of them around my house. This is a nice looking plant for those who don’t have green thumbs.

I really like the look of the Permaleaf. It looks real and I like the plant holder it’s in.

That’s a really pretty ivy topiary! Plants always make a house feel more like a home.
