Traveling around with the kids doesn’t always mean in the car. Especially when you live in a small town. Here you can bike to most places including down to the park. I don’t do it as often because I never had anything for the twins. Burley helps me with their Honey Bee.
They sent me the Honey Bee to review because I felt it would be the perfect fit for our little family. The reason is that the Honey Bee can be used as a bicycle trailer or as a stroller. Putting the Honey Bee together was a breeze and taking it apart is simple too. I don’t have a place outside to store it so I have to take it apart when not in use. I love that the wheels can fit inside the trailer and then it fits nicely in the car. That will come in handy when festival season starts as well as when we go to the beach.
When in use as a bicycle trailer you leave the handle pulled forward. The reflectors make sure you are seen and the cover can be rolled back, used with only the screen or with the rain protecting plastic. Of course the kids need helmets on but they both fit beautifully.
As a stroller it is great! There is a compartment in the back that has a little cover. When we walk to town I can to some shopping without have to actually carry anything in my hands. The one thing I wish it had was an attachable pocket or such but that is not a big deal. The brake is easy to set as you simply slide it back and forth.

I wish they had great items like this when I had my girls, it would have been so much fun going out for bike rides
The inventor of this Burley honey bee is a genius! So cute and so fun and so perfect! Many ppl in our area are moms, dads and/or grandparents with strollers or bikes – now this is a good way to combine the two!
I love that this is suited to be a bicycle trailer or as a stroller. Love the cover as well, as this always comes in handy to protect the kiddos from the sun and also in case it gets wet outside, and it looks very durable.
