Last month I introduced you all to www.cawineclub.com and their wonderful monthly Wine Club. I told you that it is the perfect holiday gift for any wine lover on your list this year. I recently received my Christmas shipment and I must say that I was so thrilled with it. As I told you before California Wine Club was opened in 1990 by husband and wife team Bruce & Pam Boring. Together they set out to enjoy California wine country’s wines. The problem was that many of these wines were only available in limited quantities and the delicious creations of these “Mom & Pop” wineries were not being enjoyed very far from the places they were created. Bruce and Pam set out to change all that by creating their Wine of the Month Club.
The wine we received was part of the Premier Club membership, which is the most popular club. For $49.95 per month, The California Wine Club sends you two bottles of award-winning wine each month. There are no membership fees and you can cancel whenever you want to without any penalties. The holiday wine shipment came beautifully wrapped as you can see from the picture above.
We received a red and a white wine, both of which were simply sublime. Since this was a second shipment I was curious as to how quickly it would arrive and www.cawineclub.com sent these out in more than enough time for the holidays.
