Carnivore Club Giveaway

You all know how I love trying new things and food is not the exception. Carnivore Club, who sent me a box to review, is the exclusive meat of the month club for discerning individuals! Every month members of the Carnivore Club will receive 4 to 6 different selections of cured and smoked meats, charcuterie and jerky from across the planet.

Carnivore Club ships via USPS Priority Mail. This shipment was not perishable but it was suggested that it be kept cool so I put the boxes ( I got 2) right into the fridge.  As you can see it had a fantastic assortment of meats and there is an information sheet that tells you everything you need to know. For example I didn’t know that the white powder you see on salami is safe. I would have thought it had gone bad.

 

Trying the meat was actually a lot of fun! My favorite was the Goat Salami and the kids loved the Peperone, not that was a big surprise. I cut up all of the meats and we either add it plain or on some crackers. I didn’t do anything fancy with it because I didn’t want to take away from the taste at all.
