Celebrate the 4th of July With Bomb Pop

Tomorrow we will all be celebrating the 4th of July and thanks to Bomb Pop we will have some cool treats! June the 26th was actually National Bomb Pop Day which I didn’t know but why shouldn’t they get their own day. After all they were a huge park of my childhood.

Bomb Pops 

I remember going to the ball park growing up and I could always count on them having Bomb Pop available. Isn’t funny how you remember some things from your childhood and other things are fuzzy. Now it is a tradition I share with my own children. They are amazed that there are three different colors on one stick. Of course we have to hide them from Ma because she will eat them all in one sitting if she gets the chance.

4th of July Decorations

We are doing a little decorating tomorrow as well with these amazing decorations and favors. We are have a BBQ and I know that all of our Latino familia will enjoy helping us celebrate this truly American holiday.  They love it and I love sharing it with them. I can’t wait to get everything ready. For some of our family this will be their first time having a Bomb Pop and I can’t wait!

  2. We will be going to the local park to watch the Fireworks show and eat some delicious food.

  4. We are taking our kids to the parade. We are having a cook out and waiting for the fireworks at night.

  8. We’ll be going to the lakefront in town and watching fireworks and then coming home and doing some small ones of our own.

  9. My boyfriend is out of town visiting his family (at the beach, no less… lucky), so I’m spending the fourth with the family I nanny for. Grilling out and backyard fireworks – classic.

  13. I’m staying home, eating junk food, and watching the neighborhood fireworks!

  26. My mom hosted her family celebration…of about 120. WOW! Then came home and cleaned up all the cooking/baking messes, then went fishing with just my husband and was the BEST!

  27. We just stayed in with our immediate family and celebrated with food and fellowship.

  28. We spent the weekend with family and friends cooking out and going to the beach! It was a nice relaxing weekend!

  32. I celebrated it at my son’s home, it was my birthday and my daughter made me a cake and the kids watched fireworks from home, had sparklers and we had lots of food.

  35. We spend the 4th watching a parade and listening to patriotic music concert. Topped off the evening with a fireworks show over a lake.
