My Thoughts
This is by far my favorite book of the series I have yet to read. There are so many joyful stories that I really needed this time of the year. This year is harder for me than past years and reading uplifting stories of how other people made it through has helped so much. I keep it by my bed and read it every night so that hopefully a little holiday spirit will rub off on me.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I truly love Christmas despite, or perhaps because of, all the hard times I am going through. I also love CSS books and have read several. But not this one. Will have to get it soon!

This looks like such a wonderful way to get into the holiday spirit, especially on those days when I get caught up in the commercialism and need to step back and remember what the season’s really about. Glad to know the stories are santa safe, so even the little ones can enjoy.

I’m glad to hear it’s your favorite and that you like it. But it’s too big of a leap for me. This year is the first time in TEN years that I am looking forward to Christmas. I’ve dreaded some in the past decade, hated some others, tolerated some and cried through others.
Baby steps here….baby steps.

This might be nice to read with my girls. Do you think it could hold the attention of a four year old? As some other have posted, I would love a way to take the focus off of getting presents.

I have always thought of gifting these to the kids Godmothers…they seem so appropriate. But then I forGET every single year. I am so glad you reminded me Rita!
Oh Rita I hope you life gets lighter and your heart as well. It has been a very hard year for me too…well the past two. Am looking forward to some inspiration from the holidays.

I really enjoy this series of books. There is always one or two stories in each book that lifts your spirits. I think that these stories also give you encouragement. I know it’s that way for me. I haven’t read this one but I will have to look for it.
