Disclosure: I am a Child Hunger Ends Here Ambassador. All opinions are 100% my own.
Did you know that more than one in five children in the United States may not know where their next meal is coming from? That’s nearly 16 million children, a number that could fill 8,000 playgrounds. Is that no the most heartbreaking thing you have ever read? I know that it is for me. It simply makes me want to cry. This is more than an immediate problem for children it can cause long term issues to their health among other issues.
The thought that a child should have to worry about food just kills me. They should be busy worrying about how to build a fort, where their friends are hiding during hide and seek, and other child things. The good news is that ConAgra Foods and P&G have partnered to make a difference donating up to 7 million meals with the Child Hunger Ends Here program. You read that right, 7 million meals!

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I am so glad you are part of this great program! Thank you for having the widget on your blog for such a long time. I always try to enter all the codes from our products. It is so easy to do and only takes a second. Plus it gives a child a meal! It’s a win win situation. I love when big companies give back. I think ConAgra and P&G both do a great job.

I totally believe no child should go hungry. We are human beings and we can all be there each other, it is time we started acting like it!
