Have I told you all how much the people in my home love coffee? Well let me explain, it is loved so much around here that we actually have a commercial coffee maker among the three coffee makers that we have. This is makes 40 cups of coffee! You read that correctly, 40 cups. So anytime we can try out some new coffee we jump at the chance. I really wanted to try Counting Sheep Coffee mostly because I loved the name. Not to mention it is a coffee that you can drink before you go to bed!

Their 40 Winks (Bedtime Blend) is their Swiss Water® decaffeinated coffee blended with organic valerian root (herbal sedative) which helps you unwind at the end of the day. I drink this on the nights when I really need a little something extra to help me sleep without taking something harsh. I must say that I have found that when I drink a cup of 40 Winks I do fall asleep much more easily. I love that this is not a super strong coffee since I love the coffee flavor but not one that is dark and really rich. This is that perfect blend.

This is so cool! I have never heard of a coffee that you can drink in the evening that isn’t just decaf. I need to get some of this for my sister. She loves coffee and drinks it all day and night! Thanks for the info. I will be sure to check it out!

you folks do really love coffee! I would love to try this, as I never drink coffee after noon time, b/c it would keep me up. The packaging is so cute I’d love to use it in a gift basket!
