When I received a Crazy Fort to review I thought alright! I had planned on having it all put together and surprising Daniel for Christmas. Crazy Forts are great “frames” that you put together. It’s easy and you are only limited by your imagination. Once you get the frame together you simply place a couple of sheets or blankets over it and you’re good to go.
I wasn’t happy with one of the basic designs. Oh no! I am a smart, creative woman who can come up with a better design. Four hours later…..I went with a basic tunnel design.
I was so thrilled and camera at the ready, waited for Daniel to come in. Daniel however took one look, changed the design and in he went. As I rasied the camera he stuck his head out and said “No pictures! This is my special fort and everyone knows Crazy Forts aren’t for Moms!”
I squashed the sudden instinct to suddenly jump on top of the fort and break it down. I after all grew up with two brothers and could raid and enemy bunker with the best of them. Instead I went to the kitchen and baked cookies, hoping to bribe him.
I still haven’t gotten my photos but it’s not from lack of trying. I see now I should have given the fort to my camera happy daughter.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

My daughter is always asking me to build forts for her and her friends. This would be much better than the clamp method I currently use….and a lot more fun!!!

OK- I love these! What an awesome invention. I remember making forts as a kid and always having to pull the kitchen chairs into the living room. I know my 2 kids would LOVE playing with this!
