Do your children love to dance? Mine do! We dance a lot in our home. It doesn’t matter that we may not be good at it we just have fun with it. Dance is good for you too! not only is it a great fun way to exercise but it also promotes creativity and helps your children learn. Since self-expression and divergent thinking (which is coming up with different possibilities) are both major parts of creativity and dancing promotes creativity your children while learn to utilize both while dancing. They will learn to expression their emotions in a healthy way while learning to think on their feet, so to speak. Another great thing about dancing is that children learn about the concepts of shapes, objects, and more while they move through, around, and beside those objects. This will help as they learn to read, recognize shapes and colors and so much more.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
