D-Link Makes All The Gadgets Work! {Review with Giveaway}

Sep 24, 2012 | Rita

Every gadget there is uses the internet now and I mean everything. In our home we have the computer, the phones, the D-Link MovieNite Plus, the printer, and I am sure there is one or two that I am forgetting. The problem is that when you are attempting to use all those gadgets on one router things begin to not work so well. Thank God D-Link has a solution that makes me a very happy Momma!

Whole Home Router

D-Link’s Whole Home Router 1000 has changed my life so much. Prior to switching to the D-Link we used the Linksys and have been very happy with it but the problem is that it was not built to handle multiple devices and if someone was watching a movie then you may not be able to access the internet on the laptop. The other problem was that the closer you were to the router the better service you got but if you moved to another room service got chopy.

The Whole Home Router is designed to enhance your wireless signal and extend coverage. We can watch movies, serve the web, and take the laptop onto the back porch now and still have great internet service. In fact it has worked so well that we were able to add our phone service to the router and it still works beautifully. We could not be happier. The Whole Home Rotuer features include:

  • IEEE 802.11n, 802.11g Compliant
  • Gigabit Ethernet
  • SmartBeam to optimize home wireless network bandwidth
  • USB 2.0
  • Shareport Technology Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS™) Push Button
  • UPnP Support D-Link Green
  • Compatible with the following D-Link Wireless Adapters: DWA-121, DWA-130, DWA-131, DWA-140, DWA-160, DWA-552, DWA-556
  • Compatible with Windows 7

Who could ask for more? How about one lucky reader getting to experience this router joy in their own home? Enter below for your chance to win.

    The Whole Home Router is the item I’d like most. The Movie Nite system seems great, but it’s not compatible with my current home setup.
