Finding shirts for my uncle to wear can be difficult. He s a child if the seventies and at times it shows. A lot if shirts are black. So when Design by Humans agreed to work with me I knew I wanted to get him a couple of great shirts.
First, ever since we watched some movie, he goes around saying he is the king. So this No King T-shirt was perfect. It isn’t black which is one if the b est things about it. I fell in love with it right away an almost got it for myself. The lion on there is very vivid and the yellow crown really makes the shirt. It is perfect for the king is really no king at all!
The second shirt is Native Upheaval which is great for him as he is half Cherokee. Again the color is great and I really like the graphic. It is also another one of those that works well for a woman too.
He loves them both and they wash very well. I line dry them so I don’t know how they hold up in the dryer. Design by Humans has tees for both men and women and there are dozens to choose from. Not to mention the phone cases and other items they have available. So if you have an uncle that needs a new wardrobe I would suggest checking them out.

I think shirts like these are so much nicer than the rude sayings and graphics some have. The colors like you said are gorgeous.
I love that it’s a forum for the work of independent designers. They have some very cool designs!
Very nice shirts the graphics are great on the shirts. This would make an excellent Christmas gift.
I agree with what Deb said about the rude sayings nowadays. I’d much rather see a person “standing out” by wearing one of these unique shirts. I’m gonna check it out for my son.
I really like the Lion with the crown. It is a nice lloking shirt. I am a firm believer that sometimes less is more. That’s what they shirts represent to e. They are not to busy with a bunch of colors.
I’ve gotten a couple of shirts from them and have been overalled pleased. The only draw back was both the shirts I ordered were large, but were two different sizes. I wanna get a phone case but real hesitant because of cost. I also order shirts from Threadless, which is a good site too. I love wearing unique shirts, and people complement me all the time on them.
