Drafting Table from BestChoice Products

The first thing I needed to do was figure out wherein the room I wanted to put it. That wasn’t difficult since there was only one area big enough for it. That big pile of crap was all the stuff I use for work, most of the time. I made sure I vacuumed the whole area good too. While that pile sitting there all the time I don’t always get to do that. We set about putting the Drawing Desk Station Adjustable Drafting Table Set W/ Stool Chair when it arrived. I attempted to put it together by myself but found that I was a two-man job. When means I started and my uncle finished. One thing I will tell you that is not in the instructions. There are little white screw-like things on the pieces. Use a flat tip screwdriver to make sure they are turned the right way. 

 

Once we figured that out it was easy to put together. All the pieces are lettered or numbered which made it easy. It comes with the stool and I was nervous because I weighed more than what the instructions said it would hold. It holds me fine. I love having three drawers in here now. I can keep all the bills right on hand since I am paying them at 4 am. There is a bottom shelf but I will tell you it is not wide enough for a binder to stand on. I have several and they lay flat just fine. I attempted to stand them up to begin with but that bar across the back prevents that. No worries though because they are on there and that is all I wanted.

 

The top raises up the way a drafting table should. There is also a bar across the front that will raise too. It gives a lip for you work. I don’t use either of these features because I am using it as a desk.  Originally I thought I would put this in Ma’s room and she could use to paint or with the coloring she does. I thought that would be perfect. The only reason I didn’t do that is because Ma puts things in her room and never use them. She a hoarder that way. Overall this is an amazing drafting table. You get the most bang for you buck and end up with a great product. We took about forty five minutes to get it completely together and in place. This would be perfect for a child or teen who loves to draw. It works well as a desk also which makes it versatile.
