I do not know what you mean Rita by the #5 step to “apply the dress you want to get here” ? but I am i love with the Breath-taking Champagne Off-the-shoulder Sheath Military Ball Dress with Ruffles. I am hoping upon hopes that my husband and I can renew our vows next fall at a beautiful cabin with all the family around. I thought maybe a short dress would be OK but then I saw this. The ruffles would be a bit much for me maybe I thought but the upper cut and back is so glamorous and the color is absolutely PERFECT!
