I was sent an assortment of products to try out and will tell you that my husband was more than excited. He loves Mole and I never make or buy it so this was a huge surprise for him. Mole (pronounced mole-lay) is a sauce that he uses on all sorts of dishes but it is too spicy for my stomach to handle. My favorite was the Ready Made Burritos and Taco Meats. You just pop these bad boys in the microwave (you can prepare them on the stove top as well) and in a few minutes you have delicious seasoned meat ready to go. The kids really enjoyed the rice cups. You add hot water and have a side dish or a snack. They said it reminded them of the rice they get in Mexico.
There are so many items to choose from that I know I am going to have such a had time. My kids want me to buy some Mexican Candy but I want them to eat much better. El Tri Market is the site you are going to want to bookmark because when you want to make an authentic Mexican dinner you are going to need authentic supplies and El Tri Market is the place to help you with that

We have 2 or 3 Mexican markets here in town and there is also even a Mexican area in our supermarkets that isn’t too bad. I have to agree with you about mole- it is wicked spicy!
They have a great giftbasket on their site too! I know a family who would love this,…we took a cooking class together at a local tech school and she is a huge mexi food lover! I too, would love to try the meat seasoning packs.
