Back in November Epson sent me an Artisan 730 All-in-Printer to review. I have had no problems with it at all until today. A few days ago I had to finally change the ink and after I did it still worked beautifully. Today however I got an error message saying that the printer could not recognize one of the cartridges.
So I went through all the trouble shooting on the Epson site and was told to call technical support. I am going to be honest since my printer was given to me for review I was not expecting Epson to do to much in the way of fixing it for me. However I called in the hopes that it would be a button to push and it would be fixed. It was not not but the Technical Support Agent (Jenny) that I spoke to was more than helpful. She is even sending me a new cartridge to see if that would correct the problem. She told me that if the new cartridge doesn’t fix the problem it may be the printer head.
All I have to say is “Thank you Epson!” I have never called technical support for any company and had such prompt service, in fact I waited on hold 1 minute. If you are looking for a company that cares about their companies then get an Epson product!
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
