I’ve loved being part of the Gabby Mom’s review program because I’ve been able to look at things that I may not have come across otherwise. This month, I got to preview a print issue of Eternal Encouragement’s magazine. I really like its small size because it fits in my bag, which is perfect for when I am waiting at the doctor’s office.
The Eternal Encouragement Magazine made me feel as though I was talking to my best friends, like the wonderful ladies in a group I belong to. We each have own opinions and express them at times but in the end we love each other and support one another. The entire magazine is full of great articles like, Daughters of the King Practical and Powerful Words Particularly for His Princesses which really reminded me of the beauty of weddings and how to practice being a bride for God as well.
The article that really hit home for me though was, The Wonderful Life of a Wife; Marriage…Interrupted. This article is about being apart in these economic times. My husband and I are apart like so many others during these tough times. There is simply no work for him here and we can’t afford to live where he is working. So what do you? We work hard at being supportive and pray. That is all we can do. We send texts, pictures and call each other every day. The funny thing is that I somehow missed this article when I first read the magazine a couple of weeks ago. I only discovered it tonight when I sat down to reread the magazine for my review. I needed it today because I have been really missing y husband today.
Subscriptions are available printed and digital and any subscription receives the NEW EE Etc. Web Magazine that is published 8 times a year. EE Etc. has full magazine articles that are only available to Eternal Encouragement Subscribers via a new online magazine portal.
***I received a print copy of the Spring 2012 issue in exchange for an honest review as part of the Gabby Mom’s program. As always, all opinions are my own.****
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

Sounds like a great magazine to subscribe too. We always need encouraging words, especially in tough times.

That must be tough for your family. But I’m sure you glad that he has a job. Thanks for the review

I hope soon that your husband is either able to find work in your area or that you are able to move and be together. Marriage can be tough even under good circumstances but hard times can really strain it. I am glad you found that article- sometimes we just need to be reminded to stay strong.
