I have seen pictures of this National Park and I really want to visit here. It is located in Arizona so I am pretty sure that this would not be a trip we would be making in the summer! I like when it is warm but I don’t want heat stroke. Writer Robert Lewis Stephenson visited here and wrote about it. There is a vacation rental home that you can rent for $400 a night. Not to mention self-guided tours of the trail. I think this would be a great homeschool fieldtrip.

Where would you like to go this week?
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I also think this would be a great place to visit. When you think of the history and how Mother Nature has created such an amazing place it’s very interesting. I agree about going in the summer also. Maybe Sring on Fall would be the best time to go.

This would be an awesome place to visit. I also want to visit that place in California, I think it’s Cali. The place with the huge sequoias. Now that would be a great trip.

Wow, I haven’t heard about the Petrified Forest since I was a kid! I’d always wanted to see it. Also, the seeing the Giant Redwoods would make a very cool, and educational, trip.
