Farmhouse Fresh® Facial Buffing Biscuits

Aug 18, 2015 | Rita

FarmHouse Fresh Facial Buffing Biscuits

I have never heard of facial buffing biscuits before in my life so when I asked to work with Farmhouse Fresh® and they told me that was what they wanted to send to me I said sure! I was very curious and couldn’t wait to try them out. What I discovered was that Facial Buffing Biscuits  are freshly-made, handcrafted squares that are exfoliating masks that help polish skin to a soft, smooth finish, while pulling out impurities and tightening pores when left on for longer periods which leaves you with a healthy, radiant glow.

The Facial Buffing Biscuits come in packaged as 4 biscuits, which provide up to 16 at-home treatments (retail $24.00) and you have four scent choices:

  •  Strawberry Lavender for normal to oily skin
  • Tea Cucumber also for normal to oily skin
  • Mango-Poppy See another one great for normal to oily skin
  • Burdock & Butter for dry to normal skin

I received Mango-Poppy Seed which contains mango seed extract, which is high in beta carotene, vitamins A and C, plus its astringent quality helps clear up blemishes; mango butter which softens and moisturizes dry skin;turmeric, which contains curcumin, a compound with potent antioxidants that help the body fight free radical damage and inflammation; rice powder and poppy seeds, which help exfoliate. Sounds like a lot of great stuff right? I can tell you that my face has never smelled so good in my life. These things smell good enough to eat.

Facial Buffing Biscuits

I took a Facial Buffing Biscuits and crushed it in a small bowl with a teaspoon of water. The water is to dilute it and then I mixed it all into a thick paste. Using a circular motion I applied the paste to my face and my , décolleté area. I left it on for 10 minutes and then rinsed off with warm water. The results was that I look younger and my face somehow felt cleaner than it has in a very long time. I made sure I used mine on a day when I wouldn’t be wearing any makeup because I wanted that fresh and clean feel and look all day long.

I can tell you now that I will be purchasing many more FarmHouse Fresh®  products in the future as well as for gifts. I love that they are an award-winning line of professional bath, body and facial care products repeatedly voted by spa professionals as one of the top all natural bodycare lines in the U.S. They certainly have my vote!

These sound amazing, I am definitely going to try them. Both the Strawberry Lavender and Mango Poppy. I was confused at first when I read the email header because Farmhouse Fresh sounded like a food company to me. I just turned 41 so I’m always looking for new and rejuvenating skincare products.

I love the Mango Poppy and can’t wait to try some of the others. I originally thought they sounded like a food company as well and I suppose they are except they are a food company for your skin.

I have not heard of these before. They look great. I have an issues with sloughing off the skin on my face, so it needs to be exfoliated often. These would be perfect.
