One of the things that you don’t realize you need until you need them are felt pads. I mean what in the world do you even use them for? I didn’t think about it until I moved the couch one day. That was the day I got offered felt pads from Berry Ave to review. I knew right away what I would be using them for.
I received a pack of the Berry Ave Heavy Duty Felt Pads that came in various sizes which was great. They also are sticky on one side so I can place them pretty much anywhere. They come in both circles and squares so all you have to do is choose the size that you need. Once I had the size I needed (which was the square one), I placed them on the feet of the couch and I was good to go.
They give enough padding to help prevent the indention that the couch created. I also used one on the bottom of my coaster that sits on my desk. Every time I pick up my drink the dang coaster slides around. I figured a felt pad on the bottom would prevent that. So I stuck one on there, elated that they were round this time. It fit beautifully and now my coaster doesn’t take a joy ride when I lift my glass. I have no idea, at the moment, what else I may end up using the felt pads for but I am thrilled to have them.

Do you use felt pads? What do you use them for or what do you think you may need them for?

Rita, you are a genious. We have been remodeling for…forever. I am just getting to a few places where I can actually decorate and “finish” some rooms. I have a new coffee table that has a chinese…paint? decopage?..surface that I want to protect, while still using the table. It’s beautiful and fits perfectly, but I’ve been too paranoid to be comfortable with it so far. Felt. Pads. Under. The. Coasters. Duh—why didn’t I think of that?

We use these are stools in our kitchen around the island and on our dining room chairs. My kids never remember to “lift” the chairs so these pads save my flooring!
