As a blogger I typically have my camera with me all the time. I never know when I need to take pictures. The problem was I have yet to find a bag that really suit my needs. I have in the past used and adored many different bags. However I needed something a little more rugged, that would allow me to not feel so bad about the abuse it would receive. So I went in search of such a bag.
One day while I was searching on Amazon I came across the Bukm Waterproof Canvas Messenger bag and just fell in love with it. So I made the purchase and waited with baited breath. Once it arrived I knew right away I was going to so happy. I admit that is most likely more a men’s style bag but it works for me. It is waterproof which is great and the the material feels as though it will handle my use. Not to mention it is only $32.99 with Prime shipping. So you can ask for more.
It came with a shockproof insert that will protect my cameras, tablets, phone. You name it I can slide it in there. I love that and currently have about three cameras tucked in there along with film for one of them. I use the divider pads that Velcro in to separate everything nicely and keep it protected.
The large pocket on the front of the bag is perfect for my mini tripod, extra batteries, and cords that I may need. I also have a set of background clamps in there as well as a pocket size first aid kit just in case. You never know when you might need one.
There are two pockets on the sides and I typically slip my keys in one of these. It makes them easy to get to so I don’t have to dig around. The strap is adjustable so I can carry the bag on my shoulder like a regular tote or lengthen it and use it across my body. That is typically the way I carry my bag just because I can push it behind me once I get my camera out and then get to work.
