I don’t wear perfume often. Mostly because I have allergies and can’t take a lot of perfume but I have an event coming up and well I wanted to smell nice. So when I was given the chance to try out Scentbird I jumped at it. Scentbird allows you to discover a new perfume each month for only $14.95 which if you ask me is a great price. I am not talking about some cheap perfume! No you get to try out designer perfumes (in an 8ml purse spray)which in my opinion is even better. You don’t have to spray it on a card or on your wrist. You get to try it out and then decide if you like it or not.

Interface

Signing up for Scentbird is really easy, there is a quick profile quiz that you take which then gives you a selection of perfume based on your preferences. You can select one of those or if you know a perfume that you want to try then look it up and select it. The site is very easy to navigate around and you can select your list (prepay) for the entire year so you know what you are getting each month.

I received Cartier De Lune to try out and I am telling you that I really like this! Honestly I would never spend the price for a full bottle of this perfume. It smells great but I am far too cheap. With Scentbird I don’t have to, I was able to try it and then next month I can try out a different one. There is a perfume of the month if you prefer to simply try something at random and of course there are always recommendations for you.

  1. I have never heard of Scentbird before. But it sounds super easy to use. I think this would be awesome for my sister in-law, She loves to wear a new scent all the time. Which can be very expensive! This would be the perfect way to try out new scents without breaking the bank! I will have to share this with her.
