Have you ever thought about those who influence your fitness? I am honest enough to say that I really don’t influence any of my friends to be fit, at least I don’t think that I do. I hope that I give the enough inspiration but that is really all I can do. I am working very hard on being fitter and much more healthier. You all know the challenge I took part in recently and that was a huge influence on me.
Also my brother is a big influence on me because he works out everyday and eats healthy. He also stays on top of me to make sure that I am working towards my goals. Which by the way is not very easy but I love him for taking the time each day to remind and encourage me. Knowing who my influence is important to me which is why I was thrilled to learn more about if I was truly an influence on anyone.
I did that by taking the FitQuiz which is only eleven questions along and really gave me something to think about. One thing that I did learn was that I probably influence more people than I think that I do (fingers crossed.) Being healthy and fit is my biggest goal of this year and one that I am working very hard at achieving. It has been a really long time since I have felt like I am fit. Hopefully by the end of the year I will be at least a step or two closer!

Never thought of that, a person probably really does influence a lot of other people around them. Just think of who influences you. They probably don’t know it.

I think this quiz sounds interesting. I’m sure you influence more people then you realize. I think you have some influence on all your readers. We follow along with you on your journey to be healthier and more fit. I think it’s something that each one of us strives for daily. I’ll have to check out the FitQuiz, Thanks!

I think just talking about your fitness goals can influence people. Influence can come verbally or nonverbally. Sometimes just seeing someone eating healthy and exercising can be an influence.

My sister is like a fitness guru, she works out a lot, but it is just her thing, I can honestly say I don’t work out that much, but she does influence me with her nutrition and fitness. I take tips from her sometimes, but I could be more fit, I just hate working out. I don’t think I influence anyone when it comes to that subject.

I have really fallen off the fitness wagon and I can’t seem to climb back on. My husband is a great role model because he makes exercise a priority, but I still struggle mightily to manage regular exercise. I’m hoping the prospect of shorts and swimsuit weather will get me up and moving.
