Friday has rolled around again, which means it is time for Friday Cocktails! This week has been fairly busy as I have gone back to working with some authors. I had taken some time off from that but am now working with two new authors that I will certainly tell y’all all about when I am able to.
That is important as that work pays the biggest portion of the bills and to be honest I enjoy it. It feels so good to finally be getting back to normal in some sense. Although I am always running behind personally and here on my blogs in my professional life I am much more on task, on time, and prepared.
Next week is busy but September will bring more to the blog and hopefully an extra giveaway or two. I haven’t been doing many of those lately and I am certainly going to bring them back. I am also getting ready for the holiday push that will begin in the next couple of months. This time of the year is always much busier than any other time of the year. I feel great about all of it though. However, ask me again in December when I am in the thick of it all and I might have a different story.

My week was pretty good but it’s almost to hot to do anything.
I had a busy week.
Not much happened for me this week.
Busy week taking care of paperwork I didn’t want to deal with LOL
My week went by fast. It rained alot which put some projects off a day or two but I feel I got a lot done.
My week was pretty busy did a lot of running around and getting things done around the house. We are in the middle of a ton of smoke from wildfires here pretty scary.
Prepping my kids to go back to school.
I’m so glad this week is finally over. I’m really looking forward to lunch with friends this weekend.
I had a lazy, uneventful week, stayed home and did housework between episodes of Madam Secretary on Netflix

So far this week is going well, we are in need of some rain. It’s been hot and very dry here.
