Friday has rolled around again and that means it is time for Friday Cocktails! Lt’s talk about how much I suck at this so far this year! I mean I can’t seem to get it together which I will actually be going more into with the Monthly Review coming on Monday. It has just been a rather busy month personally and I haven’t been able to pull it together to get things done that I needed to.
The good news is that I have mostly gotten things under control in my personal life and can now get back on track. I will admit that it took a little self care to get myself back into the place I wanted to be, but that is something we all need to see to from time to time.

While things have been a bit slow around here I have actually been putting together a few things. One of those is more giveaways which you will find in the next few days. Some have already been scheduled and are just waiting for their moment to start.
I wish you could see the notes in my phone too. When I am out and about if I have an idea or a thought I want to share I add it to the notes in my phone. I started going through them to put some of the things into action and I swear there were a few that I was like “What in the world” I didn’t even know what I was talking about.

Kind of crazy, everything keeps piling up and finding the time to do them just doesn’t seem to happen! Besides the weather here makes it hard to want to leave the house,.. one second its cold the next its hot and sweaty. I definitely need those Friday Cocktails by the time they come around. I know what you mean when I look back to my list to see what project I want to work on, it’s like where did that Idea come from?? Have a wonderful weekend!
January is usually a tough month for me, but this year hasn’t been too bad. The month seems to have gone by quickly.
My month has been going okay. I wish it would warm up so I can take walks outside.
Work has not been as busy in January which has been a nice relief. We have not had many large snowstorms which has been nice.
My month has been pretty good. It has been extremely busy but I like being busy.
I am ready for January to be over. Time for February!
It seems like the snowstorms keep coming on my swimming days so I’ve had to adjust. Another storm coming this Tuesday and Wednesday. Other than that, I’ve been keeping well.

Well we just got hit with a blizzard yesterday, so ending the month with a bang!
It has been okay. January always feels a little boring after the holidays.
It’s been pretty good. We haven’t had a lot of snow and very cold weather so that’s a big plus for me.

It’s been a worry. The cat I rescued 6 weeks ago is heavily pregnant and due any day now.
It’s been good. I am waiting for Spring to get here.
My month has been going way too fast, and here we are on the last day of the month.
January was a bit crazy, but it did seem to go by fast for us. It was pretty cold for our location, so we are hoping to have some warmer days to get outside and play soon.
Not that good but i got through it! Hopefully, february will be better.

February just started and we are expecting an ice storm starting tonight. In the Dallas area we don’t do icy roads very well. Schools have already been cancelled for tomorrow and Friday.
It is groundhog day the movie for 2 years every day is the same. I wish they had new Vera I think Acorn and BrtBox we blew through so quickly now looking for new shows to watch. it’s kept us sane. Hot and sunny out today with some wind blowing so I will do some work in my flower garden.
The beginning of February is always a little rough for me. The second is my Dad’s birthday and I miss him so much. That’s also the day that we buried my Mom. It’s been 19 years since we lost Dad and10 since we lost Mom and it still surprises me how hard it still is.
Considering the last couple of years, this month has not been too bad.

So far my boyfriend has had an inner ear infection and I had a dental infection with having a tooth pulled.
It has been crazy so far. Now we face an ice storm over the next few days that could put the power out..blahhh! I hope everyone is well!
