Friday has rolled around again, which means it is time for Friday Cocktails! I got two done this month and I could not be more thrilled. If you were waiting for the regular Storied Conversation posts, they didn’t happen this month. There was just too much going on.
I have doubled up my physical therapy now that I am able to stand and walk. I’m still using a walker or cane but that’s okay. I have also begun working more so hopefully things here on the blogs won’t be so wishy washy. I do apologize for all of that. Some months things are just hectic and I’m not always feeling it.

I had to say goodbye to my kitty of 17 years. It’s been 120 degrees. I’m so ready for a new week and a change of temps…
My week was okay, nothing exciting.
It’s been a pretty good week been checking up on my sisters dog and house while they were on vacation.
I did something to my shoulder, but otherwise it was okay…
It was an average week. It’s has been here.
My week as super busy lots of errands and lots of driving. Also lots of yard work early in the morning before it gets too hot out.
My week was full of flood clean up. My town is coming back but a lot of businesses are not going to be able to recover for months. We have a small strip mall that is completely closed for at least 3 months. Floods can do so much damage so quickly. And the rains keep coming. It has been a long week but a productive week.

My week was pretty boring. Been really hot here so I’ve been staying in.
I was able to take a nap this week.
My week was OK. I got a lot done!
My husband was away on business so it was a quiet week at home with the kids.

I’ve had a great week. We went out on a small getaway over the weekend and my kids had a lot of fun in the pool!
