Friday has rolled around again and that means it is time for Friday Cocktails! This week is the week for a good stiff drink. Let me tell you it has been Monday every single day of the week it seems. Like no matter what went on it felt like Monday and all the hectic craziness that day brings with it.
We spent this past week back at various doctors. In fact, at this moment we are at my uncle’s dermatologist getting his precancerous dup removed from his hand. He has had it for a while but his old dermatologist never even looked at it. This new one that we got him in with took one look and said “lets find out what that is.” I don’t understand how there is such a difference but there is. We are loving this one and could not be happier with the ways things are going with her.
Eat ice Cream
when the week has been as crazy as this one has been it is the perfect excuse to eat some ice cream. Okay, there was a time that I didn’t need an excuse to eat ice cream. Now though ice cream is an occasional treat and today I plan to indulge at some point. I have earned it this week.
While I enjoy being busy all week it does wear me down. Most days I come home and have to take a little nap in order to get through the rest of the day or even just make dinner. That has been the hard part of things for me the last couple of months. the fatigue is unreal but when your heart can’t pup blood well it makes you tired very easily. I regret saying I wish I could take naps daily again at one point in my life. Now, I want to get through the day without a nap.
The kids are doing well and enjoying themselves at their father’s. I know I haven’t said much about them lately but I don talk with them every day. It is hard when I am there with them but I think this has been good for them. Maybe for us all. I do have a new great-nephew. When I asked my sister-in law what they named him she could remember his middle name. She was like something with a G maybe. His first name is Everett.

I was very busy on Wednesday, cleaning the house and doing our taxes. I hate tax time!
Tuesday and Thursday, I had my grandbaby all day on both days.
Monday at work
My busiest day was Tuesday. I’ve been sick for the rest of the week, so I’m trying to rest.
My busiest day this week was yesterday, went to the farmer’s market, saw some old friends and did some shopping.

I’ve had a much lower key week than usual
Last Saturday was my busiest day. 5 hours of County assembly, then an afternoon concert.

Monday was my busiest day this week. I had to finish up paperwork, schedule appointments and run a few errands.
My busiest day was yesterday. I had all my errands to run from grocery shopping to the pharmacy. Errands seem to take much longer.
Monday is always crazy for me.
On Thursday I had my 32 week ultrasound and then had to go work
Tuesday I had a couple of places I had to run to.
Tuesday was busy for me, Dentist appointments and running errands kept me busy.
Monday was my busiest day with a trip to the laundrymat and grocery store then returning home and having to put everything away
