Friday has rolled around again, which means it is time for Friday Cocktails! It is the beginning of the holiday season! I mean let’s face it, Christmas stuff is out in full force and most of us are already planning our Thanksgiving holidays.

I have been planning out what all I will make for the holiday as well as some other baking I have been gearing up for. I have a bread recipe that I am so eager to try. I love to bake bread however, it doesn’t always turn out well. I haven’t made any since a rather disastrous batch. So this will certainly be something new. I will share pictures on social media if I manage to make a good loaf.
I watched Halloween Ends last week and let me tell you I was not impressed at all. I know lots of people are saying how great it was. I felt like it was anticlimactic. Jamie Lee Curtis does an amazing job as did all of the other actors. I just wasn’t crazy about the storyline itself. Yes, Laurie and Michael needed a confirmation and a way to put an end to everything. I don’t know, it just wasn’t that great for me.
We also watched The Munsters on Netflix and well that was the most over the top and honestly stupid movie. Growing up I loved the television show and thought this would be just as great. It really wasn’t. Ma laughed a bunch in it but for me it just didn’t capture the spirit of Herman and Lily.
