I have been telling you all about a garden hose nozzle for the last two weeks. It is a really awesome nozzle although we were a bit limited on how we have been able to test it so far. We are currently under a water ban and we have had some storms that meant we’ve been inside. However since ours broke last year this was something that we really needed.
I did have a little bit of a disappointed moment when I got because over on Amazon it looks almost purple in the photo (it’s just the shine from the silver) and I got so excited that I was getting a purple nozzle. But it’s still a great nozzle and if the only complaint is the color then I can live with that. As I said our garden hose nozzle broke last year which meant we had to a lot of filling buckets and pouring water into our plants that way. If not I would end up drowning them trying to get the hose turned off. did I mention that I I don’t have a green thumb? Here area few of the features the manufacturer mentions:
- 8 WATER SPRAY PATTERNS: you have the options of jet, flat, center, cone, full, soaker, mist, and shower.
- HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION: made of solid metal with baked enamel finish.
- HIGH PRESSURE PISTOL GRIP: this means you can clean pet homes, cars, wash your pet or work in the yard.
So did all of those features pan out? Yes they did expect I wished the jet spray was a bit more stronger since I want to use it to wash the back porch. However that being said the nozzle is still great. It is easy to use, just pull the handle which pulls very easily. Changing the spray pattern is as simple as turning the nozzle (turn the water off first) and off you go.
